Filing of the annual balance sheet with the Business Registry for S.A., Ltd and P.C.

    You will get an email when it is ready. Download the certificate and the certified invoices from “Completed applications”.

    2. Once the fees are paid, the Business Registry announces the liquidation.

    The balance sheet date must be after the liquidation announcement.

    1. Choose the request to file the opening liquidation balance sheet, after uploading it signed by the liquidator.

  3. Stage 3End of liquidation and deregistration

    The balance sheet date must be after the liquidation announcement.
